I want to burn calories and lose weight. when you run you sweat more and put more effort so I think runing burns more calories than walking But TheEarl88 says it's the same?? :confused:
what is better? to run three times a week for an hour each time or to walk every day for an hour? the walking\running is additional for the ABS and chest exercises that I do....

well raising kids in this day and age is very hard however, when you are 60 or 70 - if you don't have Kids you might feel loney. That's how I see it anyway and I think that is the main reason that even people who say: I don't want Kids- end up having Kids
