Here are 13 reasons why I go to the gym every day!

What I’ve noticed is that the guys who are really good with women, the top guys, almost ALL of them regularly hit the gym. It’s just a tendency that I see a LOT. There’s a very strong correlation.

And I know that when I’m hitting the gym hard and I build momentum, that’s when I have spectacular results meeting girls. And when I stop hitting the gym, my performance with women drops off sharply.

heymate, i'd like to add one thing you touched on but didn't quite get to; something I found helpful when i used to regularly go to the gym (now i work as a labourer so i'm fit and strong just from working) is:

Achievement. It is important in life to have something which you are improving on (in this case your strength, fitness, weightloss, musclemass gain). Without such a thing(s) it is very easy to get depressed. And let's face it, a lot of people interested in pickup advice are prone to depression. Everyone needs to feel good about themselves, to feel as if they are going somewhere; and it provides evidence for yourself that you are the man, something to call upon whenever you need to get in state.

We often think of people (including ourselves) holistically. This is an innate tendendecy (unconscoious process) often known as the halo effect when such holistic views are positive. Thus, to think of yourself positively, it can be ebough to remind yourself of anything positive about you. Humans value achievement, therefore it is good to remind yourself of achievement.

What's more, achievement is critical to overcoming/preventing depression. Depressed people feel useless/hopeless in affecting their situation. This is why any kind of achievement is useful - it acts as evidence to them that they are in control of their situation.

Motion creates emotion. It's simple. The way we move and hold our body controls the way we think and feel. Going to the gym and pumping iron or doing any kind of physical activity or exercise causes a rush of endorphins. Endorphins gives us a sense of control and power over ourselves. If you have that control and power over yourself, you already got 80% of what it takes to be successful in anything you're into.
