You need to throw in "you're adorable" somewhere in the beginning, so that (a) the girl knows WHAT'S UP (b) that you're a sexual being (c) that you're a man with a dick (d) that you're not afraid to express your sexual intent (e) that she's in danger of getting fucked if you were alone with her I wouldn't think about approach invitations and percentages, that's an abstraction that will cloud up your head. Because girls that DON'T give you approach invitations may feel attracted, or just happen to be single if you approach, and many girls that DO give you approach invitations may be just after attention. If you start thinking about approach invitations, pretty soon you'll be looking and waiting for them, and it will fuck you up as it's basically looking for permission from the girl to approach... fuck that!! I think your problem is fear of showing your intent that you are attracted to the girl. Showing intent could be... 1. telling the girl straight up she's hot and you're going to chase her 2. asking for her number, telling her straight up she's hot, adorable, cute, whatever and you're going to call her 3. telling her to go on an instant date with you RIGHT NOW because she's hot / adorable, etc Because if the conversation is just friendly friends-style, after a few minutes it will feel incongruent and just stall out. You end up just throwing out bits and patterns but with no real manly purpose. It starts to feel like entertaining rather than a sexual conquest or open chase, so you stall out. Yes, use texting to continue the flirtation, even if she's interested. Even though she gives you receptive signals, you still need to do ALL the work. And it's not needy to chase, even though she initiated.
