First day back in the game after 5-6 months. Got myself down to the gym first thing before work. Worked my chest and calves for 45 minutes. Goals - to open ten girls I genuniely like and If I get an instant date get them to emotionally invest in me rather then talking to much. I have done this mistake in the past its something I need to iron out. The person who talks the most is the one who is trying to qualify themselves an old saying . Thats why I think routines are a bunch of shit. After work hit Oxford Circus and Bond street in the westend of London. Did a few warm up sessions before I began opening girls on the street. I prefer to give a woman a geniune complement. In the space of 2 hours I opened 11 girls. Nine of the girls stopped thanked me for giving them complements. Then gave excuses and left. The last two girls an lovely blonde australian girl stood chatting to me for ten minutes and then moved on after telling me she had a boyfriend. The 11th girl a blonde swedish girl I spotted walking down the road. I ran across the road and jump in front of her and shouted with a big smile "excuse me" she stopped gave me a big smile and sayd "yes". I complemented on how lovely she looked in her white dress and long blonde hair. She giggled I stood there not saying anything. To see how she would react. She immediately asked me where I was from. We chatted away then I invited her for a coffee at star bucks. I continued chatting away to her once we got to starbucks. Once I sat down next to her after ordering teas I just shut up and looked into her eyes she gazed into my eyes I could feel the tension rising. She then burst into giggles again and asked what I do. I continued gazing at smiled at her and replied "enjoying a moment" she giggled again and then asked me again so I told her what I do. We chatted for nearly 30 minutes and then exchanged numbers as she had to go and meet friends for dinner. I rubbed both her hands and kissed her just before we departed.

(Flirting is such an obscure and not well defined word.) She replied "No I am not interested" I smiled and said "Oh sweet heart stop putting yourself down like that its not good for your self esteem". She began mumbling and then walked away. Theres an old saying "make the whore say no". Its a metaphorical expression meaning take the interaction as far as you can until she walks away. English Brunette Rushed in front of a very cute brunette wearing a business suite. I managed to get her to stop and complemented her on how cute she looked. She gave me a big smile and said "thankyou". As she began walking away I raised my voice and said "your obviously in rush but just hear me out" with smile. She turned and said "yes". I looked her in the eye and said "I wanna take you out on a date ok?". She paused smiled and said "Whats your name" we exchanged names. She apologised and said she was heading to a meeting and didnt have time right now". I replied lets swap numbers right now so we can arrange a date. She agreed and we swapped numbers. Situations like where you take a number within a few minutes of meeting her often result in flakes in my experience. Will call her anyway tomorrow and see how far I can take the interaction. Russian Girl Opened a beautiful looking russian girl standing outside a shop. Complementing her on her beautiful scarf. She gave me a big smile and asked me where I was from. Whilst we were talking she pulled out a cigarette and began lighting it. I dislike smokers especially women. I cut the conversation saying "Well listen I suggest you enjoy your cigarette goodbye" and walked away. She gave me a startled look. Its best to be upfront and honest me thinks. Couldnt picture myself kissing an ash tray.

Day 3 Called the swedish girl I met day before yesterday hit her voice mail left her a message. Headed out for a couple of hours and opened 6 girls. The first 3 girls stopped when I complemented them they said thankyou and walked on. After this decided to be alittle more dominant and playful when dealing with objections. Italian Girl walking down road Approached an italian girl walking down the road. Ran up right in front of her path and said "excuse me" she paused smiled and said "yes". I complemented her on her dress sense. She smiled said "thanks". She was about to walk away I raised by voice and said "No No thats not what we do in this country". She stopped smiled and said "what do you mean". I continued "walk away when a charming man gives a cute girl a complement" She giggled and said she was in a hurry to meet friends. I told her to text her friend and tell them you are gonna be 15 minutes late. She said why. I said because me and you are gonna go for a coffee right now in the coolest coffee shop in London. She laughed and said which one I said "Starbuck" she laughed. At that point she asked me where I was from we talked alittle about where we were from. Tried to get her to come to starbucks again she still refused but stood there continueing to talk to me. In the end we swapped numbers and she went on her away. English Brunette Jumped in front of a cute looking brunette gave her a big smile and complemented her hair. She replied "urrrm thanks but I dont like this". I playfull replied "What you dont like your hair". She said I dont think women like guys doing what your doing". I replied back playfully "You are so hired as my dating coach so come on then tellme how do I meet hot girls" She stood there gave me a stony face look then began typing texts into her phone. I find this very rude when someone begins using their phone whilst I am talking to them. I said "your like a little teenage girl you cant keep your fingers of your phone". She replied "I dont want to talk to you" I said "You have my permission to walk away" she still stood there. I said again playfully "well go on walk away". She gave me a hard stare then walked away I burst into laughter. Austrian Girl in Park Approached an austrian girl having a sandwich in the park. Complemented her on her summer dress. She smiled said thankyou. I sat down next to her on the park bench. I told her to take her sun glasses of as its rude to talk to people wearing sun glasses. She said sorry and took them of we began chatting away. It turned out she had been in London for a week and it was her last day here. I focused on getting her to emotionally invest in me. She was happy to tellme about her travels around China. Tried to get her to come and join for a drink. My goal was to get her to a bar escalate and if she was comfortable go back to her place. Unfortunately she was meeting friends for dinner later before heading back to austria.

My old friend Tequila. Touching is very important I agree when escalating. In my experience when meeting girls during the day I still touch but to a much lesser extent then in a bar or club. Its also important to keep in mind not to over invest when touching. If she does something good like answers my question, smiles, commits herself to coming with me for a coffee I will touch her to reward her. Too much touching early on will backfire. I have overtouched in the past and this has backfired on me. Its important to learn from my previous mistakes. I touch her when I shake hands, I touch her on the back if she agrees to come for a coffee guiding her to the coffee shop etc etc.

I gave her a big smile she continued to give me a stony faced look. I asked her "So what brings you to Oxford Circus today". She replied with a stony faced look "I am model I have got to go now". I playfully said "Are you an ear model ? a nose model ? a hair model maybe your a finger model or possibly a hand model" She replies "I do everything" I replied "Oh really you do everything you sound very kinky". She smiled and said "no no I dont mean that". She then turned fully towards me and said "where are you from". I told her where I grew up and got her to tellme where she was from. She told me she was from russia and was here to visit her boyfriend. Which was fair enough I chatted with her briefly then moved on. Swedish Girl Opened a blonde swedish girl telling her how beautiful her hair looked. She seemed alittle aggressive and replied "Are you one of PUA guys". I replied "No I am not a PUA I am experimenting with new ways to meet girls and one of them is to randomly talk to girls that I fancy on the street". She told me she had been hit on by 6 guys in the last couple of hours. She toldme how she got fucked and dumped by a PUA. When I held her hand it was shaking whilst she told me this. I told her that I dont do shit like that and I was sorry to hear that she got messed around by someone. I decided to wish her well and move on looked like she had far to much emotional luggage not the kind of girl I want. Tall English Girl Stopped a very tall cute looking english girl as she was about to cross the road. She was much taller then me and this got me all horny. I complimented her on her style. She said thanks and just stood there. I looked into her eyes and could feel the tension build she then broke the tension by saying "what do you do". Rather then talking about my job I talked about shopping. I just began chatting about clothes and stuff. It turned out she was studying marine biology and talked passionately about her mother who was also a marine biologist. I tried to get her to come with me for a coffee but she said she was on her way to work and was already late so I told her I want to go on a date with her so we swapped numbers.
Rambling thoughts It wasn't that hard getting back into approaching girls. Even though I had been away from it for nearly 6 months. What I had noticed was that there were whole groups of guys hitting on girls during the day. Which means I would have to explore other areas around the city where pu guys weren't so common. It was this whole PU thing was now a mainstream thing. Plus I am going to have to put alot more effort into my whole game which is not a problem, as chasing girls is my third passion. My passion for mixed martial arts and the gym far exceeded chasing girls. Gym is so important at the age of 44 its important to keep in shape ;-)
That's great FM. It's because you're already acclimated to it, it's not going to be that difficult at all to jump back in. Wow, that's wild. I guess it's super popular in certain areas in London. I haven't noticed that in other cities. It also sounds like most of the girls you go up to aren't even British by origin... but from most all over Europe. Is that because you tend to gravitate toward foreign looking women?
Jesse your dead right. I prefer foreign girls and London has such a diverse culture of people from all over the world. Russian, Polish, German, Irish, American, Canadian, Arabic, Czeh, Romanian etc etc. Have you been to the UK ? I find foreign girls from mainland europe more attractive and alot more friendly then our english counterparts.
Day 5 After work went straight to the gym for my MMA session. By the time I had finished it was alittle late in the evening. I decided to go out and do some approaching for at least an hour. Opened 5 girls on around Piccadilly Circus. Three of the girls stopped and smiled said thankyou and moved on. Two of them ended up having a chat with. I walked upto her and opened with "excuse me" pause when she looked around and gave me a smile I rewarded her with a compliment "you look absolutely gorgeous" She smiled and said "thankyou". She then said I use to be a model. I replied "like a foot model for flip flops" she replied "no no I was a proper catwalk model before I had kids". It turned out she was married so I moved on. Russian Blonde walking down road Approached her stopped her and complimented her on her long curly hair. She said she was in rush to get to the theatre. I told her I wanted to take her on a date. She said she was happy to meet up for a coffee sometime so I took her number.
FM, sounds like there's lots of Russian women who have fled the motherland to live near London. Maybe they're being imported by guys who head over there and bring the girls over ?
