Tonight went very well! Was out from 6:30p.m. to 5a.m.! Got to Cinco Cantina in Coconut Grove and went right into my first set immediately. I went to a meetup group which makes it a million times easier to cold approach. Met them and while in set I saw my wing Kendrick talking to 3 other girls and he waves me over. I tell the ladies that I'm going to go meet everyone and that I'll be back. I head into the set as Kendrick does and accomplishment intro for me. Once in set I immediately started talking to and gaming a red head. Found out she was married but oh well at least I made a new friend who wants to hang in the future. I started making my way around the room talking to everyone opening with hey nice to meet you guys your with the meetup group here right? One guy was asking me what I do and all that bullshit because I opened him along with the two women he was with. He basically tried to lightly amog me which was interesting because I haven't had someone try to amog me in a very long time. His amoging didn't work on me at all because I was very unreactive to him cutting his threads and basically completely ignoring him while talking with the women. The harder he tried to come back into our set the more of a tool he made himself lol. I opened another mixed set the same way and the guy almost got very defensive of his girlfriend but once he found out I was just being social he said your cool man chill with us. I told him I would come back and chill but I had more people to meet. I met another woman who was the one running the meetup event. I met her along with several other very cool guys so I networked with everyone and they were down to do the same thing. For some reason a lot of people left early. After bullshitting with the men and women in the group for a while I noticed the blonde woman from the two set I first opened by herself looking as though she wanted company. I joined the blonde and got her laughing and all. I kino'd the hell out of her and then met her friend who was with another guy there. I wasn't sure if he was part of the group or not so I asked hey is this your friend because their body language was kind of weird towards each other as though they were together or something. She said no this is my friend. Then we started talking for a long while and bottom line is I fucked up because I got boring. I felt it but I was still more interesting than the chode standing around creeping us out. I didn't close her and the conversation got flat unfortunately. My friend Susan came into the set which actually worked awesome for social proof plus she hugged me along with laughing together with me. I introduced her to the set and ignored the chode still hovering around us. My target asked me how old I was and I told her to guess so we played the guessing game. She actually guessed my age exactly which was really cool. Then about five minutes later I see the chode get the girls to try and guess his age. They guessed 44 and he said above 50 so I said, "Wow man your old enough to be my dad!" The women both started laughing hysterically lol! I amoged him because he was just being creepy, hovering, and flat out boring me to death. Time went on and I saw my target glance at my lips really quick which was so fast it happend with a quarter of a second.....wow I knew I was in because I had already qualified her at this point. Susan and my boy came into the set though and Susan got in between us without even realizing it. My target went to sit elsewhere next to her friend. Susan then realized it and told me she was sorry because I told her that was a girl I liked earlier in the night. Time went on a bit and my target was getting ready to leave the venue. I made sure I went over and number slosed her. I tried to call her right there so she would have my number as well but the service was lousy so I walked with her outside and got it. She gave me a huge hug pressing her awesome tits into my chest. I gave her a kiss on the cheek and that was it. Told her I would call her tommorow because we were all going out in South Beach. The funny part about this field report so far is after getting her number and kissing her I came back inside to meet up with Kendrick and Susan. Susan informed me that the chode in my set before was actually out on a date with my target lol! I had no freaking idea and I even asked her about him. She told me it was only her friend. All she did was hug him in a weird way when her and I went outside. I mean her friend was basically trying to set them both up but it didn't go anywhere obviously and this guy never even touched her once. This was absolutely hysterical when Susan was telling me this. I couldn't believe it. WOW! Too funny but whatever I didn't know. Later on in the night I headed over to Hotel Delano by myself to meet up with a wing I met from another forum. I get there myself and still freeze up. I don't know what it is about going out by myself that I'm so paranoid about but I took a few deep breaths and told myself I've done this before along with saying I did this once so I can do it again! I sat down texting my friend with this internal dialogue......I saw a one set next to me so I said fuck it and opened. She was really cool and from Texas but I ejected. Thank God I did it again! After being all happy going out alone and being successful in just facing whatever silly fear it is I realized I wouldn't be alone for long once I'm in another set so I opened a mixed set in front of the downstairs club outside. The guy and girl were both really cool but for Christ's sake everyone I speak to in South Beach usually is on vacation and not from the area.....man I love living in a place where people from all over the world come to vacation. After talking with them for a while Joshua from the South Florida lair recognized me and he's the promoter that hooked all of us up a few weeks back. We cut the line and he gets me right in to bring me to where everyone is at inside. Once inside it was so fucking loud I couldn't hear anything really but ran into my boy Dante who did a bootcamp with Vince Kelvin and also in the South Florida lair. I didn't even realize he started a meetup group down here but it was awesome because he introduced me to a lot of cool guys and gals plus I recognized someone that just joined my meetup group that same day so freaking sweet! Opened a few sets but it was soo fucking loud. Dante is a good guy because he helped me try to get my boy Will inside but it just wasn't happening. I told Will to try and get some girls to bring with him so he could get inside. While inside most of the guys left and I realized hey I can't leave my wing Will out there so I went out to get him and we left. I realized even if I have to ditch a girl it's bros before hos so I don't want to ever be a dick to my wing. If your not a team player and only out for yourself you won't get good at this. Being humble is the key. My wing really appreciated it and told me he knew this bar we could get into for free so we headed over on foot. I opened a girl walking by direct and she went direct back on me but I kept walking. I should have gotten her number and next time I will.....what the fuck was I thinking lol. Damn I don't know but whatever. On our way to the bar we opened another four set on the street which were friendly but they ejected after a few minutes. We got to the bar and I ran into Alejandro plus another guy from the lair. Bullshitted for a few minutes then we all kind of split up. I went into a mixed seated four set. I didn't open the guy first because he started making out with his girl once I started talking to her friend. To make a long story short she was giving me all kinds of IOI's and touching me so I did the same back and number closed her. Once I number closed her I stayed talking for a while. I noticed that the vibe changed and it seemed she wanted to be left alone with her friends so I left on a good note. All in all a great night. Enjoy
