I looked into something TequilaMan posted by RealSocial Man or The SocialMan (something like that) and found that it hit some stuff right on point. It seems to go along with what Jesse says about leading a better overall lifestyle, getting confident, and using that to build momentum into meeting girls.

I don't know about you guys, but there has undoubtedly been a time where the only thing I thought day in and day out was what the HELL do I need to do to get an effing girl!? And I pretty much didn't get anything done and my confidence was pretty incongruent. Currently I am trying to lead a more active life and putting chasing girls as secondary.

    My regimen is as follows:
3-4 days a week, Run anywhere from .5-2 miles FAST. Always sprint the last two blocks.
3 sets of 25 pushups, first set fast, then the rest slow.
    1 set wall pushups.
3 sets of situps + crunches
    leg raises
light upper and lower body yoga stretching

Finish with homemade eggs and suasage on wheat bread with cheese, greek yogurt with 14g protein, a V8 drink, half a banana and a Muscle Milk shake (they kick ass.)

The overall goal is to build endurance for lifting weights this spring-summer. And I keep about a 5:30-7 min mile pace.

At first I felt lazy and while running I would think negative thoughts, but now I look forward to working out the night before because even if it sucks, I have some sort of sense of accomplishment.

It's a good routine. The workout is going to get your blood pumping and make you feel alive. Throughout the day you'll feel more energized, in better spirits, and you'll get more done. Also, it's important to build physical momentum, you'll just feel better about yourself, and since meeting girls is a physical activity, being physical is very important.

95% of what TheEarl88 wrote above matches with my goals and new routines (including those exercises). I calculated I need 140gms protein and 1600cals of energy per day uniformly divided into 5 to 6 meals a day. And I learned lot of other cool things in Scoobys Home Bodybuilding Workouts

Earl, I don't remember writing anything under the SocialMan or RealMan, etc.
(I do a lot of writing about subjects I am knowledgeable about.)

When you said, "leading a better overall lifestyle, getting confident, and using that to build momentum into meeting girls", that, I would agree with.

I describe it as a long Journey and it's never-ending.

One thing that I have found VERY beneficial to my life is to find something that I am PASSIONATE about. What worked for me, is to be passionate, (persistent desire to learn), about human sexuality. My sexual confidence, soared. Many of my old beliefs were replaced with more healthier beliefs.

I would say that I have more than 10 mentors, on-line. They have helped me, GREATLY. ALL of these people are operating on the fringes of our society. Jesse and some of the men (I wish there were more women!) on this Forum has helped me VERY much.
