I picked up a girl at the animal shelter I volunteer at. Some back story is necessary. I basically work with a bunch of old women, but am known as "mr. Macho man" or whatev because my attitude is what can I do next? And if anyone needs help I just automatically say I can do it. One cute girl works there, and one chubby one who I have flirted with for the sake of practice, teased her, she friended me on FB, but she is sort of a bitch. Unknown to me, the cute girl doesn't volunteer but her mom owns the place. She is nice, a bit out of shape, but curvy and great smile. I show up at a volunteer meetup party and bring a nice bottle of wine (fuck baked goods like the email said LOL) I forgot the bottle opener so I gave it to the owners as a gift. They laughed, hugged me and said "I will be volunteer of the month" I say "wow doesnt take much with you ladies..." Today, the cute girl is back. She comes into the back room where I am with some young kid scooping cat shit. We talk, she tells me she broke up with her BF. I tell a cool, but really inappropriate story with most eyecon on her. She tells me she loves karaoke and going out in the city. I tease her and we talk for a while. She invites me out with her I think hey dummy, why didn't you just get her number?? On my way out, her and her mom need help carrying some huge bag. I grab it from her and go out to the car alone with cutie. I start singing Journey and she laughs and we talk about karaoke again. "sounds like you really enjoy this. I have plans tmr but if they fall through maybe I will join you out. Tell me your number." She laughs and gives me it, and invites me somewhere tonight too. I hear her say under her breath that she is "my backup plan" We talk a bit, I leave. Send her a text later and we have some playful banter going. I get the feeling she doesn't get my sense of humor so stopped texting while I was ahead although she has been responding immediately. Will text her tmr
Thanks Sandee, the thing is, she doesn't work there. I work with her MOM. She shows up occasionally to help so it is random. I get the vibe that they are a pretty close, religious family, so if I just recklessly hook up with her, it could make the environment there weird. I will be my normal flirty self. If I go out with her/her friends I was mainly thinking of using social circle to meet her friends if they are hot and have a good time, as I have no friends LOL. So either way, it can lead to any girl. Plus, I show up at the bar and I don't like them, I can just approach other girls. I don't want to get too ahead of myself, but if I do make out with her, you are exactly right. I would romantic frame it with a bit of "this is soo badddd, I work with your mom..."
Didn't realize how gold that is, and that I did it automatically this weekend. She flaked on the karaoke night giving the excuse of girls nite out and forgot my phone....LOL I text her 2 days later with "k" Then follow with an Xmas text. She reponds right away and she is asking me tons of rapport ?'s like what workout did you do? You sound like you have good stories? Wat did you get for Xmas? so after a while of texting, I sent I gtg but i want to see missn imposibl this week (wed, thurs) im free. Care 2 join me? She said she saw it already but would go again, maybe thurs. Took this as an IOI. Not building hopes, and I dont really know what my intentions are for this girl. Ideally, set a time for the movie, have her come over and we go for drinks before the film or at my house. She friended me on FB and her pictures of her in highschool are SOOO HOTTT, she def put on weight in her first year of college. Maybe I can force her to workout with me and get her back to dime status, cus now shes just a pretty face on an out of shape bod (she is really nice/sweet tho) Do I need to ask/tell her mom about this????
