I am in competition with a highly confident man and he has lots of experience with women even though he is 7 years younger than me. I have very little experience.He is playing mind games with the women that we both want and she clearly wants him as she keeps coming onto him. How can I get her while avoiding her going to him? Is this younger guy your friend? I'm assuming he is for this to be a re-occurring issue. I'm kind of skeptical of him. He sounds like he could be a "swooper" (ie a male who preys on lesser experienced males by mowing their lawn for an easy first-contact). You: Hi I'm so-&-so....(small talk)...can I buy you a drink? Swooper: (con't small talk and steals your girl) Grass cutting is an annoying fact of the pick up world, but doing it to a friend who is trying to improve his game is the actions of a douchebag imo. If this is the type of guy he is, my best advice is to distance yourself from him, being around him will only be counterproductive to your progress.
