I thought I'd post up a preety straight forward question here, cause I figure I'm probably not the only where this has come up. "How do I get my mind into a mega high energy social mood?" I personally have days where no matter what I do, no matter how much I move around I can't seem to get my my emotional energy off the floor. Sometimes it works, getting pumped up, listening to some hectic music and dancing and singing is just enough. But there are some days my mind just wont budge, its stuck in Neutral. I believe this more related to health and happyness, if anyone has anything to offer up to the table, like ways of getting out of your own head or emotionaly shifting into Social Butterfly, grabbing every hot girl you see Mode that would be much appreciated.
A true and tried way (if you can stomach it): do embarrassing things in public. - Walk backwards, in public - Sing a song out loud, in public - Do push-ups, in public It will amp up your state and make you indifferent, pretty much guaranteed. It that's too much to handle (though its very effective), you can sing out loud in privacy + move you arms. Lifting weights can be great. Running a sprint. Emotional follows physical movement, so anything physical. Even if you don't feel like it, if you force yourself to get physical, the emotions will follow and catch up to the physical activity that you're doing.
Yeah true, I think I'll be fine, though those days when it is painful to approach cause you feel like crap, what exzactly are you achieving by going through that process? Even when you leave and realise...You still feel like crap!
