    Guys,

    Not sure how many of you guys on this forum are in their 40's or older. I know TM is one of them :D. I am hitting my mid 40s and am alittle concerned with what I have read how older men experience a decrease in virility over 40.

    I guess lifestyle is an important aspect of this does anyone have any thoughts as to one can sustain virity of their sperm ?

    hehe you mean the potency of your sperm to impregnate a woman? Even if you have less sperm as you get older, maybe it means you just need to take more shots inside the girl to get her pregnant... I've never heard that asked before
