Unlimited Morning Energy- Jesse’s Quick Hack To Never Feel Tired Again!

In today’s daily tip, I want to give you a great way to feel more motivated and feel more energetic particularly in the mornings.

The mornings are really important because the night before, you might have plans about what you want to do and meeting women and meeting girls. Maybe you have plans to go out to a bar or nightclub or do some date game. Maybe meet girls online with an app or something.

But then, the morning rolls around and you are in bed and you’re feeling sleepy and you’re feeling sluggish and tired. It feels like there’s a big weight on your shoulders. You’re not feeling that motivated to go out. You’re not feeling that same headspace. You wake and you end up procrastinating, usually online maybe playing some video games.

The hours kind of whittle away, and then throughout the day, you’re not really building that momentum. Then you don’t feel like going out or you don’t feel like getting on that application because you’re not really feeling your best self. It just kind of spirals into this downward well of…shit. Basically nothing happens.

It’s really important to have a morning ritual that right away as soon as you wake up, you’re going to feel that energy. You’re going to feel like yourself, like your best self. You’re going to feel motivated to do what you have to do to meet girls and have success in life because success in life is a narrow path. If you deviate off with negative habits like a lot of drinking or a lot of smoking or you’re getting fat, you’re not going to succeed in girls, or wealth, or relationships.

My daily habit that I like to use is actually swimming.

Here’s what I like about swimming. You’re moving your body. You’re getting out of that mental fog, that mental haze that you have when you first wake up. You’re moving your arms. You’re moving your legs. You’re kicking. You feel that cold water. It’s like a different medium. You’re going from air to water. It just wakes you up real fast.

You’re getting some good cardio and exercise just that breathing. It’s almost like as if you’re running, but it’s not nearly as hard on your joints. You’ll just go from zero to hero really fast. That’s what I love about swimming so much.

Yeah. It’s a pain in the ass like you don’t feel like going down and jumping into the swimming pool, so you’re going to feel a lot of resistance in the morning. That’s why you have to build it up as a habit over time because even though at first you don’t feel like doing it, as soon as you jump in that water, you’re going to feel better.

You’re going to feel more energetic. When you jump out of the water, you’re going to feel more motivated. You’re going to feel like you have a lot of energy. It’s just a great feeling all around.

It doesn’t matter if the water is cold. I mean if it’s freezing cold, it’s not too good. But if it’s a little bit cold, that can actually be a good thing because it’s just going to wake you up even more, and it’s something that you get used to over time.

You might be thinking. “Jesse, where would I have the time to swim? I already have a busy day.”

Well, here’s the thing. Even though it does take up time – I’m not going to lie to you – you’re going to gain time throughout the day because you’re going to feel more motivated. You’re going to have more energy to do things. You’re going to be procrastinating less.

Even though you’re taking out, carving out maybe 30 minutes of your day to actually go swim, you’re going to gain that 30 minutes back in just being more productive with your day, being more tight in your habits. Because for example you’re more likely to hit the gym, you’re more likely to do the things that you wanted to do during that day like maybe go out to a bar and meet girls or maybe you’re going to kick ass more in your business, or whatever your field of study is, maybe school.

Overall, you’re actually going to be saving time even though on the surface, it does feel like it’s taking up extra time in your day, but it’s a great habit in that way that it kind of pays you back many times over.

Of course, swimming has all kinds of benefits. You’re going to wake up faster. You’re going to be more motivated throughout your day. You’re going to get more done. You’ll actually save time over the long run. It’s a great habit to develop, to just have a morning ritual that’s really going to help you achieve your goals and be successful in life.

Now if you have your own morning ritual, your own set of habits that you do in the morning, just leave me a comment below. Let me know. It can really help out others, particularly if you have unique habits.

Everyone knows about drinking coffee for example, but if you have particularly unique habits, write it down below in the comments, and you can really help some others out. Maybe you can teach me a thing or two as well.

Before I go to bed, I put a glass of water beside my alarm clock. When I wake up to shut down the alarm,I drink that glass of water before shuting the alarm. It gives me a momentan energy boost.Even if I go back to bed,I can no longer sleep so I just go and start my day.Guess this helps you too.

  2. I jump out of bed; don’t think, just do. I have my gym clothes ready by my side. I wash my face with could water. I go eat my preworkout meal. I do my voice tonality exercises then I hit the gym . I go back to shower and get my clothes on. I eat post workout meal. Im ready to start my working day.

    1. Great tip Alejandro. Yes, your emotions will follow your physical motions. When you force yourself to move in a happy way, your emotions will “catch up” and you’ll start to feel happy.

  4. Jessie not to be mean but that shirt is horrendous in my opinion especially with those sunglasses and cap :P. Anyway good tips keep the videos coming. c: it would be very helpful if you could do like some infield game or some video showing pick up.

    1. I’ve always been a bit worried about posting in-field footage– I know of a couple guys who have been sued, their facebook and youtube accounts revoked, their websites taken down…

  5. It’s so easy to wake up, roll out of bed and just piss time away. Cold showers are a great way to wake up and energize yourself – a fantastic way to start the day.
